Faculty Library Materials Request Form

Due to the rising costs of journal and database subscriptions, the Library will be reviewing & fulfilling faculty requests on a case-by-case basis. Priority will be placed on materials that support classroom instruction, but an effort will be made to fill all reasonable requests.

This form is to be used by faculty for ordering books or audio-visual materials, in either physical or electronic formats. Please send requests for new journal or database subscriptions to jrlreq@fiu.edu
